Farm Traffic Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

By registering for or using Farm Traffic (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service ("Terms"), understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

You agree to use Farm Traffic in a lawful, responsible manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You may not promote Farm Traffic in any way that could reasonably be considered spam or abusive.
  • You may promote your referral URL and/or other Farm Traffic promotional materials only in traffic exchanges or advertising programs that explicitly allow such promotions.
  • Using unsolicited email (spam), forced sign-ups, misleading claims, or any deceptive practices to promote Farm Traffic is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or removal of your Farm Traffic account and may subject you to legal action.

3. Responsibility for Content You Promote

As a user, you are fully and solely responsible for the content you promote using Farm Traffic.

  • You must ensure that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to promote any URL and the content it contains.
  • Farm Traffic is not responsible for, and does not endorse, any user-submitted content or third-party websites.

4. URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Farm Traffic, you must carefully review and comply with the following rules. If you violate any of these rules, your site may be removed along with any credits assigned to it, and your Farm Traffic account may be suspended or deleted.

  • Language Requirement: All sites must be in at least 90% English.
  • No Illegal Activity: Sites may not contain or promote any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or illegal products or services.
  • No Frame-Breaking Sites: Sites must not break out of the surf frame or otherwise interfere with the Farm Traffic interface.
  • No Malware: Sites must not contain viruses, trojans, spyware, or any other malicious code or harmful content.
  • No Adult Content: Pornographic or adult-oriented material of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • Rotators: Rotator URLs may be promoted only if all sites or banners shown in rotation fully comply with these Terms.
  • No HYIPs or Investment Autosurfs: High-Yield Investment Programs (HYIPs), "investment autosurfs," and similar schemes are prohibited. This includes sites primarily offering or promoting FOREX (foreign exchange) trading, where such promotion may be considered an investment scheme.
  • No PTP Sites: Paid-to-promote (PTP) style sites are not allowed.
  • Right to Refuse: Farm Traffic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delete or refuse any site that is inappropriate, questionable, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with our guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, sites of a political or religious nature.
  • Known Frame Issues: Certain types of sites are known to break frames or not display properly in the surf frame (e.g., some Amazon pages, some Blogspot pages, and non-embedded YouTube videos). These may be refused or removed.
  • Ads & Landing Pages: Sites directed to by banner ads, text ads, and any other advertising within Farm Traffic are subject to these same rules and Terms.

5. Membership, Payments & Refunds

  • Any paid upgrades, advertising packages, or other purchases made through Farm Traffic are subject to the pricing and features described at the time of purchase.
  • Unless otherwise clearly stated on the specific offer, all payments are non-refundable once delivered or credited to your account.
  • If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting Farm Traffic support may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances and credits.
